Shipping & Info

PAYMENT
All payments are made through paypal using your credit card, debit card or bank account. After you have selected the items you wish to purchase click on the shopping cart in the top right corner. You will be taken to a secure paypal site where your purchase will be completed.

DISPATCH TIME
All garments are custom made after you order so please be patient. It is our goal to dispatch your purchase within two weeks of your order being placed however this may not always be possible. Within 24 hours of placing an order you will be sent a confirmation email which will notify you of the date your garment will be dispatched. If you need something in a hurry please email us at fiftiesfrocks@hotmail.com before you buy and let us know what you need. We will get back to you and let you know if your time frame is possible.

POSTAGE
All items are sent using AUSTRALIA POST. Although we have had no problems so far, Fifties Frocks accepts no responsibility for parcels lost by this postal service.
WITHIN AUSTRALIA we use Express Post which has tracking availability and should take 1-3 days depending on where you live. After your parcel has been dispatched you will be emailed your tracking number. The cost of postage depends on the item and is between $10 and $15.
OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA we use Express Post International. This service takes 3-7 days to major cities. There is limited tracking available with this service - your tracking number will be sent to you on the day of dispatch. Please note that all import tax and customs must be payed for by the purchaser. Fifties Frocks accepts no responsibility for any additional charge which may be incurred by importing items into your own country. Postage varies depending on the item but is between $18 to $28.

RETURNS
As each garment is made especially for you we do not accept returns for unwanted products or items that do not fit. Please check our sizing information before ordering. If you need more information on sizing please email us.

GIFT CARDS
Gift cards can be arranged for someone special and are done through Pay Pal. Please email us at fiftiesfrocks@hotmail.com for more details.
